All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

We accept returns within 30 days of your order, providing your item has not been used and is in the same condition it arrived in. If you need to return the item without replacement, please note that we will need to deduct our original cost of shipping when we refund your payment. This includes orders that qualified for free shipping.

If an order is returned to us as the result of the customer providing an insufficient address, or failing to collect the package in the given time period, we will need to charge the cost of shipping for the second delivery attempt.
